We believe that corruption undermines legitimate business, distorts competition and brings serious risk to our brand and our reputation. Masters Security Services has zero tolerance for all forms of bribery and corruption, and we must never offer, solicit or receive bribes, other advantages, facilitation payments or other illegal payments to obtain or retain business. A bribe includes all financial or other advantages that are given, promised, offered, accepted, requested or received with the intention that a specific activity should be performed. All business transactions must be lawful and carried out in the best interest of Masters Security Services.  We must only do business with respectable business partners involved in lawful business activities and whose funds are derived from legitimate sources. 
 
Everyone associated with Masters Security Services has responsibility to understand and comply with this policy regarding bribery and corruption. They must never offer, solicit or receive bribes, other advantages, facilitation payments or other illegal payments to obtain or retain business. Nor can they permit others to be involved in bribery or corruption on our behalf. 
 
In order to improve fight against bribery, fraud and corruption, the Office of Human Resources has an anonymous box that accords browlers to report any persons contravening codes of business ethics, in line with corruption, fraud and corruption.
